Community Health
We seeks to advance health equity efforts in communities throughout Illinois, especially through the development of career pathways and training for Community Health Workers (CHWs).
Vaccine Education
Vaccinations have significantly decreased the number of annual cases of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases. Yet, people across our state are still getting sick…even dying…from these diseases every year.
Healthy Aging
This project will implement a statewide ADRD public education/awareness campaign that will engage minority and rural community stakeholders and that will engage trusted local organizations in ADRD educational messaging to vulnerable populations.
Public Health Job Board
The Immunize Illinois is responsible for administering federal, state, and privately-funded programs and services in the state of Illinois. IPHA funds community-based organizations, federally qualified health centers, local health departments, and others who provide public health services in Illinois.
